What Goes Into an Oil Change?
During an oil change, we’ll pull the oil drain plug and remove all the old, dirty oil from the oil pan. Then, we’ll replace it with clean, fresh oil of the type that’s best for your vehicle and driving habits. We’ll also replace the oil filter.
You should have this service done about every 7,000 to 10,000, depending on your vehicle and driving conditions. Warning signs that it’s time to schedule service include the oil change light coming on, rougher driving and idling, and a smell of oil when you start the car.
