The Ford Maverick slots in as a brand-new truck that leans towards the midsized end of the Ford truck lineup. The Ford Maverick features a hybrid engine, ample tech, and a variety of interior features. If you're in the market for a new truck that flexes serious truck capability, modern styling, and a careful mix of tech and comfort, then the new Ford Maverick is must consider. This all-new truck is slightly smaller than the midsized Ranger and also features an available pure-gas engine that manages 250 horsepower. The all-new Maverick will be available to drivers in three trim levels: XL, XLT, and Lariat. Oh, and for off-road drivers, the new Ford Maverick features an available FX4 package that adds a variety of extras to help take on the rugged great outdoors. The new Ford Maverick features 4,000 pounds of towing capability along with an impressive amount of payload capability.

Ford Maverick Performance

The new Maverick breaks from the rest of the midsized truck pack in a host of different ways. For starters, the Maverick comes standard with a hybrid 2.0-liter inline-4 hybrid engine. This falls in line with the new Ford F-150, which also received a hybrid engine update this year. The Maverick, while less powerful than the F-150, offers up ample versatility thanks to plenty of power and a continuously variable transmission. The FX4 package also adds a nice dimension to things, providing drivers with newfangled additions like extra underbody protection, hill descent control, a monoshock suspension, and all-wheel drive. The FX4 package also includes all-terrain tires.
